health condition
- Please make sure that you are in a perfect health condition without any signs, symptoms, or even history of having COVID-19 (including being exposed to suspect, probable and/or confirmed cases).
- We urge you to be socially responsible and considerate. Our Massage Therapist also have the right to decline the client if they see signs/symptoms of COVID-19 even if there’s no fever.
reservations
- All reservations must be made via Mantra HSM website or official branch hotlines ONLY, and not via Massage Therapist.
- Before the reservation, please make sure that our Massage Therapist can come to your building or subdivision, you can do this by checking on your admin personnel or security guards.
- Please assist our Mantra HSM Rider & Massage Therapist if needed once they reach your location so they can go straight to you and avoid unnecessary social contact.
stay safe
- To limit the exposure of our Massage Therapist, we strongly suggest that it is only the Massage Therapist and you (client) in the room for the whole duration of your massage. Towels to be used on the client will be provided by themselves, please make sure these are new and clean.
- Once the Massage Therapist arrives, please let them use your bathroom so they can prepare and wash their hands.
- Our Massage Therapist will be checked thoroughly upon entering our staff house. If anyone is around to have a temperature above 38 degrees Celsius and/or feel sick even if it’s only a headache, she will be sent home and rest for 14 days.
