As the Marketing Manager at Mantra Wellness Enterprise, you will drive branding, promotional campaigns, and growth strategies across all branches. This role blends hands-on digital content creation with on-the-ground, face-to-face community building to boost bookings and cement our position as the leading home service and wellness provider in the Philippines.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday (Includes office work, field visits, and on-ground activations)

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on Content Creation: Direct, film, and manage short-form video content (TikTok, Facebook Reels, Instagram) and oversee content calendars to drive digital engagement.
• “Real-Talk” Community Engagement: Use strong, old-school interpersonal skills to pitch on-ground brand activations, run local events, and build genuine community partnerships face-to-face.
• On-Ground Mobility: Utilize your personal vehicle (motorcycle or similar) to move actively between branches, shoot real-time content, and manage local promotions.
• Social Media & Ad Management: Oversee all social media channels, monitor ad performance, and drive engagement strategies.
• Campaign Execution: Plan and execute marketing initiatives across digital and physical platforms to consistently increase bookings.
• Influencer & Partner Relations: Source and manage collaborations with local wellness influencers, sponsors, and brand partners.
• Creative Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, photographers, and designers to keep Mantra’s brand voice and visuals consistent and compelling.

• Performance Tracking: Track analytics and review campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing spend and ROI.

• Experience Over Degree: 2+ years of proven, hands-on experience in marketing (preferably in wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries). A university degree is not mandatory if you have a track record of delivery.

• Active Content Creation Experience: Demonstrated experience creating engaging, short-form content for social platforms like TikTok, Facebook Reels, and Instagram. You know what makes a video trend and how to build digital communities.

• “Old-School” Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage in “real talk” with real people. You must be highly confident building on-ground relationships, network-building, and communicating face-to-face.

•  Mandatory Mobility: Must own and operate a personal vehicle (motorcycle or similar transport) with a valid license for seamless local travel and on-ground activations.

• Digital & Project Fluency: Proficient with social media management tools, writing clear marketing copy, and keeping promotional projects organized.

• Adaptability: Highly comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly dynamic environment.

• Bonus Points: Prior experience dealing with SEO, executing influencer marketing collaborations, or running on-ground brand activities.
