FULL TIME
* Deliver personalized massage and bodywork treatments based on client needs and the Mantra Massage Service Menu.
* Consult with clients to understand their goals and recommend appropriate services and products.
* Educate clients about the chosen massage treatment and its benefits.
* Discuss the potential benefits of massage therapy in general and how it can contribute to their overall wellness journey.
* Create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment for each client, ensuring a memorable experience.
* Participate in continuing education to stay up-to-date on the latest massage techniques.

Company Rider
FULL TIME
* Candidate must have the ability to understand and operate GPS Technology
* Maintain assigned vehicle; check fluid levels and safety.
* Deliver Massage Therapists to residential and business locations
* Plan the daily time schedule to ensure all Massage Therapist delivery time requirements are met
* This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor position
* Ad-hoc/driving duties will be assigned
* Must be 21 years of age and above to apply
* With Own Motorcycle
* Candidate must possess a Non-Pro or Professional Drivers License
* Must know how to drive manual transmission motorcycle

As the Marketing Manager at Mantra Wellness Enterprise, you will lead the development and execution of branding, promotional campaigns, and growth strategies across all branches and services. This role blends creative vision with data-driven decision-making to increase visibility, boost bookings, and strengthen our position as the leading home service and wellness provider in the Philippines.
Responsibilities include:
•Planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and on-ground platforms
•Managing content calendars, creatives, promotions, and events
•Overseeing social media channels, ad performance, and engagement strategies
•Coordinating with internal teams, photographers, and designers for consistent brand messaging
•Tracking analytics and preparing reports to assess campaign effectiveness
•Managing collaborations, influencers, and sponsorships
•Monitoring competitor activities and market trends
•Ensuring the brand voice of Mantra is consistent, compelling, and memorable
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
•2+ years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or service-based industries
•Strong creative thinking and campaign planning skills
•Proficient in social media platforms
•Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting data and adjusting strategies
•Excellent communication, writing, and project management skills
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
•Bonus: Experience with SEO, influencer marketing, or on-ground brand activations
